Struggling to Get Higher Link

I am trying to help a friend optimise their website for the terms "Plan Copying" and "Plan Printing". They are currently listed 4th on google.co.uk (they are lmsprinting.co.uk) but I am struggling to get them any higher than this.

We have lots more links (many of them good quality) than the companies listed above them. Has anyone got any quick thoughts about what else we could try in terms of on page optimisation? Anything that sticks out as an immediate problem?
