All users of the Linknami system and service are required to agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Anyone determined by Linknami to have violated these terms and conditions is subject to service termination without any obligation by Linknami.
Exclusive Use
A) The Linknami system is for the exclusive use of site owners, webmasters and web site managers. The following types of sites and articles are NOT PERMITTED to use the Linknami system for any reason:
B) Linknami, through its content snippets, contextual links and link exchange systems, NEVER adds links, articles and any other content automatically and unauthorized on user websites.
All Linknami users must only add content found through Linknami such as links, articles and other content IF they determine this content to be valuable and helpful for their website visitors AND IF links to pages are not penalized or otherwise flagged by search engines.
Linknami may not be held responsible and liable for any search engine penalty that may occur by placing content found through Linknami on user websites.
All sites violating Linknami Terms and Conditions will be immediately suspended and removed from the Linknami system permanently. By agreeing to these Terms, you understand and agree that Linknami has the sole and exclusive right to limit the use of the Linknami service and to permit or deny in its sole discretion the use thereof.
Link Disclaimer
Linknami provides links to other Internet sites only for the convenience of world-wide-web users. While Linknami is a human-edited service which focuses on links to sites offering useful content to the internet community, Linknami is not responsible for the availability or content of these external sites, nor does Linknami endorse, warrant or guarantee the products, services or information described or offered at these other Internet sites.
Emails
As a user of the Linknami system you hereby agree to receive periodic link status notification emails that contain only link status notifications which inform you about problems with your link campaign and help you to correct the situation in order to activate your campaign. To avoid receiving link status notifications you can opt out from receiving emails in your "My Profile".
Pricing
The registration and usage of Linknami is free. Participants in our "Advanced", "Pro" and "Premium" programs receive the amount of link limits and credits as stated on the order page at the time of ordering. One "Advanced", "Pro" or "Premium" subscription is valid for one website campaign. User may cancel the subscription at any time.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your free or paid memberships at any time, however please understand you must cancel in writing via our contact form (you must provide the username you signed up with). Cancellation in writing is for the security of all parties.
Refunds
Advertisements are bought and sold on a montly recurring basis in advance for 1 full month. User can cancel the advertisement at any time. If buyer or seller cancels the advertisement prior to the end of the month, the total advertising amount for each advertisement is divided by 30 days and multiplied by the remaining days left of the month. The calculated total is credited back to the buyers balance.
Ownership and Rights
Linknami retains ownership and all rights to the Linknami name, logo, software, web site, all data, and related proprietary information. Linknami users may not use the Linknami name or or logo or any confusingly similar variations or modifications for monetary gain or profit outside of the rights outlined in this agreement.
Liability
The Linknami system is protected from network outages with redundant T3 connectivity to the internet, and is protected from power outages with electric generators and other backup systems. Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a very high standard of quality for our services, no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability or timeliness of the services of Linknami can be made and are not being made. All users agree to utilize the Linknami services at their own risk. It is specifically agreed that Linknami or the Linknami system administrators, partners and sponsors may not be held liable for any damage to or loss of data or any information that may occur from the use of the the Linknami system or services.
Intellectual Property
The information provided to users of the Linknami system may be proprietary in nature. Users of the Linknami system and service acknowledge that they are not competitors of Linknami, and agree not to share this information with any competitors of the Linknami system. The Linknami system is the subject of a pending patent application. Anyone misappropriating or copying intellectual property from this website will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of international law.
Indemnification
As a user of the Linknami system you hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold Linknami harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
